Horizon Yachts launches second E88
Horizon Yachts recently launched their second E88 open bridge motoryacht, just four months after the launch of the first model in May earlier this year.
The second E88 will be delivered to a returning US owner in autumn 2015. The owner bought his first Horizon, an E78 cockpit, in 2013. He now needs a larger model to accommodate more guests as he spends the year cruising the Bahamas. Horizon Yachts reported that the E88’s four staterooms, separate crew quarters and multiple indoor and outdoor entertaining areas made this model an attractive choice.
The owner has customised various features of his new E88. He required an open bridge layout and a raised dinette for better views when seated in the flybridge. Horizon have also designed a large glass drinks cabinet for the owner able to store 75 glasses and 90 bottles of wine.
“When an owner comes back a second time to build a yacht with you, it is always a wonderful experience,” said Horizon Yachts CEO John Lu. “Having used his E78 extensively, this owner knew exactly what he wanted to include on his E88; it was a wonderful process to watch his E88 go from drawings into the beautiful yacht she is now.”
