Voly acquires crew firm Oceanskies
Software, payments and crew-services company Voly has bought superyacht crew and payroll firm Oceanskies.
The acquisition marks Voly’s fourth takeover since 2023. It purchased Pinpoint Works in February 2023, Voyonic in September 2024 and Workrest in December 2024.
With the addition of Oceanskies, Voly now administers more than 10,000 crew.

Voly was founded in 2016 and is based near Manchester in the UK. It has offices in Guernsey, Southampton, Malta, Barcelona and Fort Lauderdale. The group says its systems are used on more than 1,700 vessels worldwide.
