VisionF Yachts hires Ali Tanir as general manager

VisionF Yachts has hired Ali Tanir as general manager. The Turkish yacht builder said the new appointment is a significant step towards implementing its long term goals.

Founded in 2019, the Istanbul-based shipyard said it is excited about the hire of the new executive and ready to capitalise on Tanir’s two decades’ worth of experience in the superyacht industry.

“We strive to establish ourselves in the elite of the yachting world and the new move will help us achieve this,” said Coskun Bayraktar, founder and owner, VisionF Yachts. “I believe Ali Tanir is the perfect executive for the role of our new general manager and with him leading the way, we will be able to realise the most daring plans.”

From 2012 to 2023, Tanir held various executive positions at Turkish shipyard, Numarine starting as Communication and Brand manager and then serving as head of International Sales.

VisionF Yachts has delivered three of its 24m (79ft) VisionF 80 catamarans (pictured), with the fourth unit of the series expected to be launched in the coming months.
