Viken Group hires new senior execs Anna Silvesjö and Antonio Romano

The Viken Group has appointed Anna Silvesjö (pictured left) as its chief financial officer (CFO), along with Antonio Romano (pictured right) as commercial director. Both will work alongside Viken Group CEO, Stefan Nilsson.

The conglomerate is made up of Tillberg Design of Sweden and Italian design firms, Thalia Marine and Hot Lab and is majority owned by Swedish investment company, AB Max Sievert. The group said that appointments are a bid to strengthen its commitment to the superyacht and cruise sectors.

Silvesjö also serves as CFO of Tillberg Design of Sweden and Romano is the co-founder and business director at Hot Lab.

Nilsson said: “I am pleased to welcome Anna Silvesjö to the team and I am excited to work alongside Hot Lab’s Antonio Romano as the group’s new commercial director.” He added that Romano is a huge asset to the group due to his experience in the superyacht sector.

Named after the Swedish town of Viken, where Tillberg Design of Sweden was established, the umbrella company was founded by the design firm in 2022 after acquiring Thalia Marine. It acquired Hot Lab later that year.
