Ferretti Group to list on Euronext Milano exchange

Ferretti Group’s board of directors have agreed to proceed with the company’s plan to list on the Euronext Milano exchange.

Should the plan come to fruition, the Italian shipbuilder will be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Euronext Milano. For this to happen, it must first be approved by the company’s shareholders, financial regulatory authorities and the stock exchanges.

Ferretti said that if the firm was to list on Euronext Milano, it would dematerialise the company’s shares (the process by which physical shares are digitalised), following approval from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange authorities.

It added that shareholders and prospective investors should know there is no guarantee that the listing will actually happen or when it will take place.
