Rosetti Marino has confirmed Rosetti Superyachts is not for sale, following incorrect media reports that it was looking for a buyer. The shipyard also said that all accounts are “fully active” and can be reached via its usual commercial channels.

Ermanno Bellettini, CEO, Rosetti Superyachts said: “Rosetti Superyachts is fully operational and currently producing the RSY 38m EXP hull n°2 for delivery to her owner in August ahead of her scheduled appearance at the 2023 Cannes Yachting Festival.

The 38m (125ft) steel and aluminium explorer yacht has a range of 5,000 nautical miles at 10 knots. The last model from the series, M/Y Emocean (pictured), was delivered in 2021. It is currently on sale with Camper & Nicholsons for €18.9m ($20.2m).
