MarineMax adds Berg and Langbehn to board

MarineMax has elected chief digital officer, Shawn Berg and president of retail operations, Kyle Langbehn to its board.

Berg has been the chief digital officer since April 2019. He joined MarineMax as vice president of technology in 2017.

Langbehn, the president of retail operations of MarineMax, has been with the company since 2002.

“I am confident these accomplished leaders, with a demonstrated passion for our company and industry, will continue to drive results for our customers, team members, and shareholders,” said McGill.

MarineMax has more than 100 locations worldwide and also owns brokers Fraser Yachts and Northrop & Johnson.

Following the IGY Marinas acquisition earlier this year, it owns 57 marinas. The acquisition was in part helped by securing a $1.35bn loan.
