Ince & Co International LLP announces merger with legal and professional services company Gordon Dadds LLP

Ince & Co International LLP have approved the terms of a merger with Gordon Dadds to create Ince Gordon Dadds LLP, the UK’s largest listed law firm. The parties are now engaged in the detailed contract negotiations and are aiming for completion by 31 December 2018.

The merger recognises the strength of the Ince brand around the world and will enable further growth of the firm by extending our offering to a wider range of clients.

Commenting on the merger, Peter Rogan, Chairman of the Board of Ince, said:
