D-Marin acquires Marinas del Mediterráneo in Spain

D-Marin has acquired Spanish marina group Marinas del Mediterráneo, with its three marinas joining the D-Marin network.

The three marinas, Puerto Deportivo de Estepona, Puerto Marina La Duquesa and Puerto Marina del Este, all situated on the Costa del Sol have a combined 1,000 berths. The acquisition marks D-Marin’s first venture into Spain.

Oliver Dörschuck, CEO, D-Marin said: “We’re delighted to be forming this new partnership with Marinas del Mediterráneo and are looking forward to bringing the D-Marin experience to our new customers across the Western Mediterranean.”

D-Marin said the three marinas are to receive €10m in investments as they become part of its European marina network.
