Burger Boat Company wins 32m project

Burger Boat Company has won a project to build a custom 31.55 metre full displacement Explorer motoryacht.

The vessel’s exterior, to be built in steel and aluminium, has been designed by Luiz de Basto. De Basto has worked closely with the owner to create a suitable yacht for long range cruising and fishing.

The project is scheduled for delivery in the spring of 2017.

At a cruising speed of 9.5 knots she will have a range of around 4000 nautical miles, powered by twin Caterpillar C18 main engines. She will be built to ABS classification.

Burger Boat Company has been building yachts up to 80 metres for well over a century.
