Numarine sign contract for two hardtops

Turkish shipyard Numarine has sold two 105 hardtop models. The first hull is currently under construction.

Numarine’s designer Can Yalman, who also created the 40XP series, has been responsible for the 105’s exterior and interior design. He will work alongside naval architect Umberto Tagliavini on the project. The two have previously collaborated on the 102 RPH fleet. To create lightweight hulls, the team will use composite construction, vacuum assisted infusion techniques, PVC foam and EL vinylester resin.

The 33 metre 105HTs are scheduled to be delivered in the spring of 2016.

Antonio Caviglia, Numarine Sales & Marketing Director said “The new 105HT will be an exceptional sport yacht that will emphasize all the great Numarine attributes, like an innovative exterior design, an efficient and seaworthy hull, great exterior living spaces and spacious interiors, all coupled with a very robust but weight-efficient construction thanks to vacuum-infusion technology and state of the art noise, vibration and harshness suppression. The sale of two units in such a brief period of time is a testament to the great job that the Numarine Team has done on this product”.
