N&J appoints Young as Europe chief

Ben Young will lead Northrop & Johnson's commercial division in Europe.

Global yacht brokerage Northrop & Johnson has appointed Ben Young as commercial director Europe.

Young, who was founder and commercial director of SYM (now Fairport Global) will work under Northrop & Johnson’s president and chief commercial officer Cromwell Littlejohn.

He will oversee all commercial divisions in N&J’s European offices, including Monaco, Antibes, Palma, London, Istanbul and beyond.

“I am excited to work with Ben on growing N&J’s European operation across all services offered,” said Littlejohn. “Ben’s industry knowledge and connections are beneficial to ensuring our continued growth and success.”

The appointment follows the promotion of Patrick Coote, the former managing director Europe, to vice president of brand marketing of N&J’s parent company MarineMax’s Superyacht Division.
