Duncan Bateson and Siobhan Silk joining Ince & Co
Duncan Bateson and Siobhan Silk are joining law firm Ince & Co in London.

Bateson, who joins as partner has advised on superyacht transactions for more than 25 years. He specializes in superyacht sales and purchases, new building contracts and finance. Bateson is joining from law firm TLT where he was head of marine. His clients include owners, banks and others.
Silk, who is a senior associate, has specialized in superyachts and shipping for six years. She joins from Hill Dickinson.
