Damen 55 metre YS 5009 launched

Holland based shipyard Damen have launched the first updated 55 metre Yacht Support 5009.

Debuting at the Monaco Yacht Show in September, the new build Yacht Support (YS) 5009 has been launched by Damen on July 1. YS 5009 will be parked at T-Central with a full range of toys, tenders, a submersible and dive equipment.

The showcase vessel is being built and will be named ‘Fast & Furious’ to represent the YS advantage and speedy delivery.

The first in the series of YS 5009 are available from autumn 2016. New builds can be expected for delivery within 8 months from signing – depending on owner requirements.
