Blohm+Voss create superyacht division

Blohm + Voss and Zaha Hadid 128m Mothership

Blohm+Voss has created a new dedicated superyacht division.

The company says that the superyacht division will be based in Hamburg Germany, and will bring together the Shipyard and Repair divisions.

The new department has been created following new equity from Star Capital.

Beers joined Blohm+Voss in March 2015 from Wärtsilä, where he was Vice President Services, Northern Europe.
