Alia Yachts launches 60-metre superyacht Project ‘Samurai’
Turkey-based Alia Yachts has launched the 60-metre superyacht Project ‘Samurai’. The vessel has an exterior designed by Omega Architects while the interior was created by UK-based company Redman Whiteley Dixon with Naval Architecture by Van Oosanen.
The four deck yacht features a large Jacuzzi on the front end of the sundeck with seating in the middle and loungers on the aft.
The guest cabins and large master suite are located on the main deck along with the main saloon and dining. Both the owner’s suite and guest cabins are forward on this deck and the owner’s suite benefits from full height windows that provide ocean views.
The lower deck contains the crew accommodation, main galley and storage as well as the engine room and the tender garage, there is also a beach club and a gym.
Samurai also comes with a custom built seven metre Smuggler tender, as well as a 6.3 metre Smuggler tender. It is powered by twin MTU 16V4000 M73L engines of 2,880 kW each giving it a top speed of 21 knots and a range of 4,250 nautical miles.
