Turkish shipyard Turquoise Yachts has began construction on a new 74-meter motoryacht, expected to be delivered at the end of 2019.

The motoryacht’s exterior is designed by A.Vallicelli and C.Yacht Designs and the interior courtesy of Ken Freivokh Design Team.

She will accommodate up to 12 guests in six guest cabins in addition to the owners suite. The yacht will feature a multi-deck atrium, a full-beam beach club and a “touch and go” helipad on the forward upper deck.

Yacht’s hull was constructed from steel and is an aluminium superstructure. Its beam sits at 14.2 meters with a draft of 4.05 meters.

“The design focus is on classical elegance,” said designer Ken Freivokh. “The idea is to achieve a layout that has complete integration between the decks and key internal spaces— with everything designed to maximise the continuity of the yacht’s lines as well as long sight lines.”

Turquoise also delivered the 47-meter Razan to its owner this month. This was a month after its debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival.

Razan was a collaboration between Turquoise and H2 Design, who were responsible for the interior and exterior design. The yacht sits at 47 meters and has a 2.6 meter draft. The yacht has a range of 4200 nautical miles and can achieve a top speed of 17.5 knots according to to sea trials.
