Robert Allen Law hires senior counsel

Yacht law firm Robert Allen has hired Blair Brogan to act as senior counsel.

Brogan (pictured) will be joining the firm from Oberheiden & McMurrey in Dallas. She is an experienced yacht litigator and transactional attorney who started her career at Moore & Co.

She will be working on yacht law litigation and sale and financing agreements, construction/refit contracts, brokerage contracts, employment contracts, and vessel documentation.

Brogan is also a member of the International Yacht Brokers Association and the Young Professionals in Yachting group.
