Dutch shipyard, Royal Hakvoort has agreed terms with Fraser to build its largest new-build project to date. The 65m (213ft), 1,435GT vessel, dubbed Project YN254, is set for delivery in 2025.

Construction will commence at Hakvoort’s Monnickendam facilities imminently. The displacement hull vessel with a beam of 11.6m (38ft) will feature naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design, whilst the interior and exterior design will come from Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design.

Onboard the yacht will have a large beach club with gym; a jacuzzi on the sundeck; a swimming pool with lounge and bar on the main deck; and a massage room and a library on the bridge deck.

As well as the private owner’s deck there are four guest staterooms, including two VIP cabins on the main deck and a large family apartment on the lower deck.

Project YN254 was sold by Fraser Monaco, sales broker, Jan-Jaap Minnema, to a longstanding client of the firm. The project is the fourth Hakvoort yacht sold by Minemma in recent years.
