DF Marine becomes part of Vistra Group

Vistra Group, a corporate service provider of international trust, fiduciary and fund administration services, have acquired Malta-based DF Marine Consultancy Limited.

The DF Marine team specialise in providing professional services associates with the operation and ownership of yachts and is led by Anthony Galea.

DF Marine are joining Vistra Group as a new entity entitled Vistra Marine & Aviation Ltd. They will also receive Vistra Malta’s existing marine and aviation portfolio.
