Codecasa building new 65-metre yacht

Italian shipyard Codecasa is building a new 65-metre hull at its facility in Navicelli, Pisa.

Hull F74 is a steel and aluminium structure that features large spaces spread across five decks. The Codecasa team is working in cooperation with a design studio, selected by the owner, to choose the yacht’s interior.

The yacht will be powered by two Caterpillar engines, which will reach a max speed of 17 knots at a light displacement.

Delivery is scheduled for summer 2019.

Max beam: 11.2 metres.
Max draft: 3.7 metres.
Hull: High tensile steel AH 36.
Full load displacement: 950 tonnes.

Guest cabins: two owner’s suites and four guest cabins.
Crew cabins: one captain’s cabin, one chief engineer’s cabin and seven double cabins.

Max speed at light displacement: 17 knots.
Main engines: two Caterpillar 3516C (1825Kw/2448 hp @ 1600 rpm).
