Cantiere delle Marche has signed the contract for the consutrction of a s Nauta Air 111’.

The sales comes only a few days after the sale of a Explorer Yacht Darwin Class 102′.

CdM has recruited an international team for the building process. Dutch firm Vripack will be in charge of the Naval Engineering, with Nauta Yachts Design and Massimo Gino for the exterior and interior design. They will also be responsible for all of the yachts in the Nauta Air range.

The yacht has been sold by Zarpo Yachts for a Latin American client.

The new Explorer Yacht, flagship of the range Nauta Air, is scheduled for delivery in 2017.

Marnix Hoekstra, Vripack’s Director comments: “She will feature a CFD optimised hull with bulbous bow and enhanched scantlings on the hull and rudders for sailing in ice conditions. But most of all we look forward of becoming part of the CdM Family and friends group”.
