Brodosplit launches second superyacht
Brodosplit has entered the superyacht industry with their second newbuild, Katina.
The 60 metre superyacht was introduced to the market at the Monaco Yacht Show last month. She is a fully custom displacement vessel and includes a hospital and a whisky room.
Katina is fully compliant with “Unrestricted Service” certification for navigation, and can thus operate in any area and any period of the year. Four zero-speed stabilizers (two on each side) grant an oscillation within one degree around the axes, both at anchor and in navigation.
Now Katina has been delivered, Brodosplit are already developing their third newbuild project; a 74 metre fully custom unit.
The shipyard is also currently building the largest sailing yacht in the world, an 162 metre Clipper.
Brodosplit is the largest shipyard in Croatia. They have delivered over 350 ships in the last 70 years.
