Benetti sells 49m Zafiro

Benetti have announced the sale of a 49 metre full displacement superyacht. The FB702, now named Zafiro, is part of Benetti’s Custom series.

This sale marks the eighteenth contract the Italian shipyard have signed this year. This includes the 57 metre FB271 and the 66 metre FB269. The FB269 has been bought by American entrepeneur John Staluppi.

Horacio Bozzo, the designer on this project said “Essential and pure lines are the soul of this project where the demand of design embrace functionality”.
