Arrow opens new office in Fort Lauderdale

Monaco-based superyacht management and construction specialist Arrow has opened a new office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The new base, Arrow USA, will be headed by Alan Downs.

Arrow has completed 65 construction and refit projects in 36 countries to date. The company said that it is now entering a phase of expansion to meet the demands of its US clients.

“As the hub of superyacht activity in the USA, Fort Lauderdale is of course the logical base for our expansion,” said Yerin Hobson, CEO, Arrow.

Downs, the new chief operating officer of Arrow USA, has over 34 years of experience in the yachting industry. Notably, he has worked exclusively with US-based superyacht clients for the past seven years.

“We understand that our American clients want honesty and straightforward advice when it comes to helping them make decisions about their yachts,” he said. “Our focus at Arrow USA will be on providing this guidance alongside the very best in bespoke superyacht management.”
