Bilgin 156-II transported to shipyard’s Küçükçekmece facility
Bilgin 156-II the second hull of Bilgin’s 47.6-metre motor yachts has launched and has been taken to the shipyard’s Küçükçekmece facility. Working on its sister vessel has allowed the yard to utilise key skills across both projects.
The Bilgin 156-II has exterior styling and naval architecture by Unique Yacht Design with H2 creating the general arrangement and interior design concept.
Interior facilities include four larger-cabins layout with a spacious owner’s suite that also benefits from a hull balcony. The result is accommodation for 10 guests in a modern bright interior featuring large windows.
The vessel will not exceed the 500 gross ton mark. As announced earlier by the luxury yacht builder, the second hull of Bilgin 156 is likely to have a touch-and-go helipad on the upper deck aft section, unlike the first model. The first model had her technical launch at the Bilgin yard in Yalova, Turkey, following the completion of her hull and superstructure in November 2015.
